SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated individually. When your order is shipped, a fulfillment email will be sent to you, along with a tracking number and the cost of shipping. If you discover any mistakes in your information, please contact us as soon as possible.
All available products ordered on our web-shop will be sent within 4 business days. If the delivery for some reason will take longer we will contact you by email.
We use Fan Courier services for local shipments. For Cluj-Napoca, the price of shipping is about 20 lei and for Romania 25 lei.
Shipping in Romania is free on orders over the total sum of 400 LEI.
You can also come and collect your order directly from our studio on no. 19 Garii Street, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, free of charge.
In foreign countries, we ship with international couriers and the shipping cost is calculated individually.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order, at any time providing it has not already been shipped. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your name and the order reference number.
If your order has already been shipped, a cancellation is, of course, not possible. In this case please follow the return policy below.
RETURNS
If you want to return your product, please let us know by sending an e-mail at contact@alexandraconstantinescu.ro
You will have 30 days to return your item. For a full refund, the item should be in perfect condition. We’ll reimburse the item cost using the same method you used for paying.
